1.1. To make a purchase, you may need to create an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and current information during account registration.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

2. Product Information

2.1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Products. We conduct research and use analysis to determine mineral identification to the best of our ability however, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Product description or other information.

2.2. Although we strive to photograph product as true to nature, product images may vary slightly from the actual products due to differences in display settings, lighting, and photography.

 

3. Third Party Links, Pricing and Payments

3.1. All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3.3. You agree to pay the total amount for your order, including the Product price, shipping fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

3.4  Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Spirit, Wood & Stone. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content, products, or services provided by these third parties. Your interactions with third-party websites are at your own risk, and you should review their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Spirit, Wood & Stone  uses a third party payment processing provider (Stripe). When purchasing from Spirit, Wood & Stone buyers may authorize a payment with any major credit, debit card, S,W & S gift cards that are accepted by S,W&S along with Apple Pay. 

By purchasing from Spirit, Wood & Stone the buyer understands and accepts the use of third party payment processing providers and understands that by using a third-party service, you may also be subject to an agreement with the third party. For example: PayPal is a third-party service provided by PayPal Holdings, Inc. and your use of PayPal is subject to the PayPal user agreement. Apple Pay is a third-party service provided by Apple Inc. and is subject to the Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

4.1. Your order is an offer to purchase our Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, inaccuracies in Product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.2. We may cancel your order if we are unable to process payment, if the Product is out of stock, or for any other reason. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5.2. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, if applicable, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5.3 If we provide a guaranteed ship by date and hasn't been made by this date, we'll refund any shipping fees associated with that order. A email will be sent to buyer once shipment process has started for tracking purposes.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the Product. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy below for detailed instructions.

7.1. All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to us or our licensors.

7.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of our website content without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Spirit, Wood & Stone does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, products, or services offered on our platform.

Some minerals available for purchase can have harmful effects if handled without gloves for extended periods of time. Mineral content is identified to the best of our ability using research and analysis methods such as scientific and mining analyzer equipment, acids, various scientific testing methods, spectroscopy and gemology testing equipment. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or identification of every single mineral or element composition as most of the minerals sold here can contain up to 10 different mineral and gemstones and have complex chemical element composition.

Be advised; Below is a listing of some but not all elements that may/can be found in minerals and can be harmful if handled for extended periods of time without personal protective equipment. No product purchased here is intended to be eaten, licked or handled without gloves for extended periods of time. As with all minerals provided by our planets environment, NONE are meant to over used and many ARE NOT meant to be placed in any bodily orifice. In purchasing product(s) from Spirit, Wood & Stone. We do not assume responsibility for any mishandling and misuse of any product once purchased and received by buyer. You purchase at your own risk.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Eligibility -

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

                      1. be in the same condition that you received it. 

                      2. unworn, unused, not modified from its original configuration.  

                      3. must be in its original packaging (display case if provided, jewelry enclosure).  

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@spiritwoodstone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and  where to on how and where to send your package. Items  sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues -

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Mineral Specimen returns and/or refunds are only accepted if specimen arrives damaged and notification is sent within 24 hours of delivery. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, incense, candles or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beautyproducts). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 Acceptance and Refunds

Due to the nature of the product sold by Spirit, Wood & Stone, it is important that care in packaging and shipping is  taken when returning your item. Ensure that your returned item is packaged securely to prevent movement or jarring during shipping process. Your returned item will not be accepted if it is returned without the use of packing material to secure it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will issue refund or store credit for items lost in transit.

Please notify us if your package does not arrive within ten business days of purchase.
