Chesapeake Bay Shocked/Impact Quartz *SUPER RARE*

$167.25

Truly rare, Shocked/Impact Lodolite quartz from Surry County, Virginia. Sometimes referred to as “garden quartz” these pieces have Amethyst, Citrine, Rose, and Prism Quartz, Papagoite, Ajoite, Nano diamonds, and many other minerals inside them along with some unusual micro-organic material and/or organisms. These pieces were ‘shocked’(impacted) by meteorite. Shock/Impact causes a change in growth patterns, conductivity and overall anatomy and then continue to grow in a mutated state. We are still trying to determine if these pieces were shocked due to Chesapeake Bay meteorite or volcanic pressure. These are strong stones with a lot of energy. Different lighting brings out different hues due to the variety of minerals in these specimens. These specimens weigh heavier or lighter than normal quartz. This piece weighs 6.12lbs.

This piece has very fine and beautiful green colored Muscovite. There is see through baby blue colored Papagoite along some the faces of smaller points with heavy storm blue Papagoite covering a much larger section approximately 2”s wide. This piece also has Melilite Cubes and micro-organic matter imbedding that can be seen with the eye and some flashes of Ajoite along the outer and inner surfaces. This piece changes hues depending on how it is rotated in different lighting. Coloration ranges are blue, pink, yellow and frosty white. This piece also tested for trace Amicite along with other trace minerals and what appears to be volcanic matter. Indentions and pitting similar to that of Moldevite can be seen in various areas.
